- What kind of land do you accept?
- Private, with a view or a strong sense of place, accessible by car, on the island of Crete or Lesvos.
- How much work is it?
- A few hours of welcome and breakfast per booking. No night shift — guests sleep alone on the land.
- Am I liable if something happens to a guest?
- We carry host insurance on every booking. We'll walk you through the details.
- What if I want to take a break?
- You set your own availability. Close the calendar anytime.
- Can I host only in specific months?
- Yes. Most hosts operate May through October.
- Do I need permits?
- Our installation is non-permanent, so most locations require no permit. We'll confirm for yours.
